The other night was such a spectacular evening at Wrightsville Beach in North Carolina.
Chris and Kelley came down from Greensboro and Fayetteville to have us create some photographs for them.
Chris recently got back from a tour serving our country in Iraq with the US Army and Kelley and his family and friends are sure glad to have him back in the USA!
A very nice and great looking couple.
The Williams’ from Charlotte are always happy and fun, we enjoy the opportunity to see them grow as a wonderful family!
We recently photographed them at Wrightsville Beach NC.

To borrow an overused word from my grandchildren—AWESOME!!!!! and it really is—it has spiced up our image and gives a great overview of the festival and while connecting really easily to all of our musicians and their websites. It makes the information readily accessable (ticket prices and ways to purchase) and thorough (from the beginning 1980 to the next 2011).

Appearing at the NC Jazz Festival in Wilmington
Congratulations to Trish and Sean who recently celebrated a beautiful wedding ceremony on Ocean Isle Beach in North Carolina and they had a very nice reception at the Isles Restaurant.

A couple of things about weddings on the beach though:
The best time to have a beach wedding is late it the day preferably around an hour before sunset.
The reasons: 10am till 3pm are the hottest and brightest times of the day on the east coast beaches. This causes high contrast and people squint and are irritated with the heat.
Getting married on the beach
Please take our advice if you must have a wedding on the beach do it at the appropriate time for maximum enjoyment and for better photographs of course!

Sherry and Tim recently got married in Wilmington and decided to call us to do a photo shoot with them and their children. We went down to Fort Fisher near Kure Beach right outside of Wilmington and had a great time with them while creating these images on a beautiful Southeast Carolina evening at sunset.
Keenan Landfall Chapel is a beautiful little chapel in the Landfall area of Wilmington, NC.
This is where Lauren and Eddie from Raleigh North Carolina chose to tie the knot.
They had a fun and exciting reception at the new reception facility called 128 South in Downtown Wilmington
Brian Hood of Brian Hood DJ Services from Wilmington, did a fantastic job with entertaining the lively crowd.
This couple and their family really knows how to to throw a great party everyone had a blast!
We were lucky to have a beautiful sunset at Wrightsville Beach when Angela and Eric came to Wilmington to have Jay-Cyn’s Creations create some images for their engagement. Angela is a teacher and Eric is a steelworker and will be getting married next year.

We had a gorgeous evening on the banks of the Cape Fear River in Downtown Wilmington, North Carolina with Patrick and Crystal.

Because they met in Downtown Wilmington we wanted to take them downtown to create some memories that will be special for them.

They will be getting married next month at the First Baptist Church in Wilmington and the Reception will be at the Wilmington Riverside Hotel in Wilmington. They look great together and what a night it was right next to the Battleship North Carolina!

Jay-Cyn’s Photography totally met our expections for our beach wedding! I first met Jay at a bridal show in Sunset beach, NC. We loved his work from the bridal portrait (at Wrightsville beach) to the wedding photos (at Carolina Beach). Jay’s photos were not staged but very natural and he took all the pictures that were requested. The pictures turned out amazing and we loved the picture albums!
